I will be starting this challenge on saturday. Everyone can do this and it doesn’t take a lot of time out of your day. How long can you plank for? There are so many varations of planks and they are a great exercise for building your core strength.

What a great challenge! I must confess that I’m a terrible planker and avoid it almost as much as I avoid my other love to hate it exercise – the burpee. I am curious about trying this one though… btw what is a plank punch?

A plank punch is a usual plank and punch the air infront of you with alternate arm. There is an example on the link hun xx
